Registration

**Registration : Sat. Sept 23 10h-18h ; Sun Sept. 24 8h30-19h: Main lecture hall (= Salle de conférence, Batiment A on the map)

The registration is a two-step process:

First you need to apply: create an account and upload your motivation letter. NB: you have to log-in (top right of the webpage). If you don't have sciencesconf or HAL account, you need to create one. Once connected, go to "MY SPACE -> My submissions" (left column). Note that for in the submission website, "abstract" = "motivation letter".

About the motivation letter: 1 page max in pdf; a few lines about your background, your present position, your professional project. Explain what you expect from this school and how it is related to your professional project.

• Second, If you are accepted, (notification will be sent to applicants early May), you will have to proceed with the administrative registration and payment of the participation fees (all the instructions will be given in the acceptance notification).

Rates

Registration fees include:

• participation in all educational activities of the school
• accommodation in double room
• breakfast and meals (except for those of Saturday and Sunday)
• a conference dinner

Please note that people employed by the CNRS benefit from a total fee waiver.
Accompanying persons must pay for their accomodation directly at the hotel.
